Abstract: The invention provides an apparatus for measuring the dynamic thermal and moisture transfer of textile fabric, and comprises a bionics model component, at least a group of second sensors and a data collecting and controlling device. The bionics model component includes a heat retainer, a sweat discharging container arranged in the heat retainer and provided an open top, an upper cover which is provided with a plurality of through holes and positioned at the upper part of the sweat discharging container and supported by the heat retainer, a bionics skin layer which is arranged on the upper surface of the upper cover and contacted with the textile fabric sample to be measured and is made of the material capable of penetrating liquid and dispersing liquid on the surface, at least a group of first sensors arranged in the bionics skin layer, and a heating device arranged around the sweat discharging container. The second sensors are arranged on the contact surface between the textile fabric sample to be measured and the environment and or/between the textile fabric sample to be measured and the bionics skin layer. The data collecting and controlling device is connected with the first sensors, the second sensors and the heating device.
本发明提供一种织物动态热湿传递特性的测量设备,包括:仿生学皮肤模型构件、至少一组第二传感器以及数据采集及控制装置。仿生学皮肤模型构件包括:保温器;容置在保温器内且顶部敞开的排汗容器;上盖,其设置有多个通孔、且置于在排汗容器的敞开的上部并由保温器支撑;仿生皮肤层,其放置在该上盖的上表面上、可与待测织物样本相接触的、由液体可以透过的并且可以在其上表面进行扩散的材料构成;设置在仿生皮肤层内的至少一组第一传感器;以及设置在排汗容器的周围的加热装置。所述第二传感器设置在待测织物样本与环境接触的表面和/或待测织物样本与仿生皮肤层之间。数据采集及控制装置与所述第一传感器、所述第二传感器及加热装置相连。
