Abstract: The present invention relates to an insect repellant fabric and a method for making the same. The method of making the, comprises the steps of dissolving a polysaccharide compound in an aqueous solution; heating said solution; adding a prytheroid mixture to said solution; initiating graft polymerization in said solution; and applying said solution to a fabric. The insect repellant fabric is treated with nanocapsules emulsion, the nanocapsules are sized between 100 nm to 1000 nm and are formed in water solution containing insect repellant agent from polysaccharide with graft polymerization. The inventive insect repellant fabric still has good insect repellant effect after long-time sunshine exposition, and may be used for any fabrics conveniently, and is environmentally friendly.
本发明涉及一种驱虫织物及其制造方法。所述驱虫织物的制造方法包括下列步骤:将多聚糖溶于水溶液中;加热所述多聚糖溶液;将杀虫剂成分加入到所述多聚糖溶液中;在所述杀虫剂成分和多聚糖的混合溶液中引发接枝聚合;将所述接枝聚合后的混合溶液应用到织物上。所述驱虫织物经聚合纳米微囊乳剂处理而成,所述纳米微囊的大小为100纳米至1000纳米,所述微囊是通过多聚糖在含杀虫剂成分的水溶液中接枝聚合形成。使用本发明的驱虫织物,不但在多次洗涤之后或是长久曝露在日光下以后依然具有良好的驱虫功效,还使用方便,可用于任何布料,并且对环境友好。
