| Abstract: | Perovskite thin films of conductive ferromagnetic SrRuO₃and incipient ferroelectric SrTiO₃were epitaxially grown by laser molecular beam technique. The magnetotransport properties of ferromagnetic films were measured by applying the magnetic field within a wide temperature range. We have observed magnetization hysteresis and significant anisotropic magnetotransport behaviors of thin films. The low-frequency dielectric properties of SrTiO₃films were studied. It is found that the microstructures and strain in films may strongly affect the magnetotransport and dielectric properties of perovskite oxides. |
