Abstract: The present invention relates to a light guide board and backlight module having said light guide board. The upper surface of said light guide board is outline gradual change v-groove constructional free curved face, lower surface is microlens array architecture, said v-groove one surface toward LED light source being one outline gradual change curved face and another surface is vertical or approximate vertical plane, horizontal included angle of v-groove top curved face contour line tangent being greater than v-groove bottom curved face contour line tangent horizontal included angle. Compared with traditional single side mesh point constructional light guide board, said invention adopts outline gradual change free curved face v-groove structure and mesh point constructional light guide board, having more reasonable light distribution, and in backlight module at least capable of reducing one layer of brightening film, reducing backlight module cost and realizing ideal displaying on low power consuming.
本发明涉及一种导光板以及具有该导光板的背光模块,该导光板上表面为轮廓渐变的V形槽结构的自由曲面,下表面为微透镜阵列结构。所述V 形槽朝着LED光源的一面是一个轮廓渐变的曲面,另一面是竖直或近似竖直的平面。在V形槽顶部的曲面轮廓线的切线的水平夹角大于在V形槽的底部的曲面轮廓线的切线的水平夹角。相对于传统的单面网点结构的导光板,采用此轮廓渐变的自由曲面V形槽结构加网点结构的导光板的配光更加合理,并且背光模块中至少可以少用一层增亮膜,使背光模块的成本有效降低,同时还可以在低耗电的情况下实现理想的显示亮度。
