Abstract: The 3D ultrasonic detection method includes the following steps: determining and fixing the part to be detected, determining the 3D coordinate system, moving the ultrasonic probe to the detected part and hand scanning to acquire the type-B ultrasonic scanned image transmitted to the computer, locating the probe position synchronously and transmitting to the computer, showing the type-B ultrasonic scanned images in the 3D coordinate system to obtain the 3D space image, determining the boundary mark image, and analyzing the boundary mark image quantitatively. The present invention can perform real-time detection without need of reconstructing the integral stereo image.
