Abstract: The present invention utilizes the electric series-connected structure of input end and output end to make piezoelectric ceramics produce resonance, output low voltage at output end and obtain piezoelectric ceramic transformer which possesses high power conversion efficiency. Said transformer features simple structure, convenient preparation and small device size, suitable for miniature electronic instrument, specially it is used in the miniature D.C-D.C or A.C-A.C converter.
本发明涉及一种压电陶瓷降压变压器的新型结构和制备方法。它利用输入和输出端的电学串联结构使压电陶瓷产生共振,在输出端输出低电压并获得高电功率转换效率的压电陶瓷变压器。该压电陶瓷变压器具有结构简单、制备方便、器件尺寸小等特点,适合于小型化的电子仪器,特别是在小型直流-直流或交流-交流转换器的应用。
