| Abstract: | As the largest library consortium, CALIS achieved a lot in purchasing foreign digital resources during
past 10 year. The author introduces its organizational structure, its operational procedures, and its
regulations, etc. The consortium has saved a lot of money and manpower for its members as well as
vendors. Thus, a win‐win situation has been reached amongst the stakeholders. Currently, CALIS is
preparing a reform to better serve its members in the field. |
