W.; Lam, Tin-yan; Chao, Chen; Kwok, Kin-wing&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Abstract: An apparatus and method for detecting the oscillation amplitude of a bonding tool includes a sensing unit disposed adjacent to and at a distance from the bonding tool. The sensing unit includes a pair of electrodes, a piezoelectric sensing layer located between the pair of electrodes, and a membrane associated with the piezoelectric sensing layer. The piezoelectric sensing layer becomes sensitive to ultrasonic vibrations and generates electrical voltage signals after being activated by a poling process. An optional pre-amplifier is used to amplify the signals generated from the sensing unit, and an oscilloscope is used to further process the signals.</description>

(陳王麗華)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Abstract: The present invention provides a novel potassium-sodium niobate zirconium barium titanate series leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition which comprises perovskite type piezoelectrics K&lt;1-x&gt;Na&lt;x&gt;NbO3 and strong ferroelectrics Ba(Ti&lt;1-y&gt;Zr&lt;y&gt;)O3, the general formula is represented by (1-z)(K&lt;1-x&gt;Na&lt;x&gt;)NbO3-zBa(Ti&lt;1-y&gt;Zr&lt;y&gt;)O3, in the formula 0&lt;x&lt;1, 0&lt;y&lt;1, 0&lt;z&lt;=0.1. The leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition can also comprises one or a plurality of oxides, the general formula is (1-z)(k&lt;1-x&gt;Na&lt;x&gt;)NbO3-zBa(Ti&lt;1-y&gt; Zr&lt;y&gt;)O3((100-a)mol%+M&lt;alpha&gt;O&lt;beta&gt;(amol%). The optimal value d33 of the system piezoelectric ceramic composition can up to above 230pC/N, kp can up to above 48%, and the kt can up to above 47%, has the advantages of good compactness, high Curie temperature, good thermal stability, being prepared with the conventional piezoelectric ceramic preparing technique and has practicability.; 一种新型的铌酸钠钾锆钛酸钡系无铅压电陶瓷组合物，其包含钙钛矿型压电体K1-xNaxNbO3和强铁电体Ba(Ti1-yZry)O3，其通式用(1-z)(K1-xNax)NbO3-zBa (Ti1-yZry)O3来表示，式中0＜x＜1，0＜y＜1，0＜z≤0.1。该无铅压电陶瓷组合物还可以含有一种或多种氧化物，其通式为(1-z)(K1-xNax)NbO3-zBa(Ti1-y Zry)O3((100-a)mol％)+MαOβ(amol％)。该体系压电陶瓷组合物的最优值d33可达230pC/N以上，kp可达48％以上，kt可达47％以上，致密性好，居里温度高，热稳定性好，采用传统压电陶瓷制备技术制得，具有实用性。</description>
